Oh my God! You didn't even have to run and vomit between cheeses?--I mean that's a lot of cheese in your stomach, I'd want to make room for more any way I could.

**envious!!**

I've been recommeneding the following, easy to find, cheese: No Woman (jack w/Jamaican spices) - found at Bristol Farms; and Cheddar w/carmelized onions - found at Trader Joe's.

At a party, I once sampled (more like hovered over and consumed all I could without letting other people in) a smoked BRIE that was incredible. The caterer said it came from CostCo but I've never been able to find it... there or anywhere else.

Congratulations on making Explore/TIG today!!
Thanks everyone for reading and leaving your comments!

Oh, I am so jealous! That sounds absolutely divine! I wish there was something like this where I live. I've had white Stilton with lemon before - one of my favorites for a special treat.

Wow - that's pretty interesting! Have you seen the Modern Marvels program about cheese? It's quite fascinating. I love extra sharp cheddar personally. Not too dramatic, I know... And I always think of the bit by Monty Python about the cheese shop... ^^
